Support Ukraine with real-time aerial reconnaissance
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine placed a second batch order for Vector™ systems, following an earlier order of 33 UAVs of the same model in August 2022. Since then, the system has been able to demonstrate that it provides unprecedented performance under the most challenging conditions. Vector™ has been widely used and extensively tested on the Ukrainian battlefield, where it has proven to be an asset for military intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations. Its durable and robust design makes it well suited to work in harsh environments and extreme climates.
Quantum-Systems announces that with the latest software update Vector™ can also work in GNSS (satellite system) disabled scenarios. Direct and immediate feedback received from Ukrainian battlefield operators, as well as Quantum-Systems' commitment to improving security capabilities through technological advancements accelerated the development processes. New discoveries are directly incorporated into Vector's advanced technology. A fact that may have been decisive for the MoD's decision.
On-site training and support
To provide further support to Ukrainian forces, Quantum-Systems also announces the opening of a Training and Support Center in Ukraine. This facility will provide operator training on the use and maintenance of the Vector™ system and will be the local hub for spare parts supply and repair services.
